细胞质基质细胞质基质cytoplasmicmatrix;cytoplasmicgroundsubstance;groundplasm除去能分辨的细胞器和颗粒以外的细胞质中胶态的基底物质。随观察方法、研究手段的改进,其涵义有所改变。显微水平上称为透明质或细胞液;亚显微水平上称为细胞质基质;细胞生化上称为胞质溶胶即细胞匀浆经超速离心除去所有细胞器和颗粒后的上清液部分。细胞质基质实质上是一个在不同层次均有高度组织结构的系统可分为两个部分:①微梁网络,分布在整个细胞中,由蛋白质性质的微梁纤维构成。②水状的网络空间,其中溶解或悬浮着多种小分子,如糖、氨基酸、无机盐等。微梁网络的边缘附着在细胞的质膜上,并与微管、微丝等细胞骨架成分交织成为网架,支挂着内质网、线粒体等细胞器。游离的多核糖体则悬于微梁网络的交叉点上。整个细胞质呈现复杂的结构秩序。
