一、产品说明:GFA—4型双头自吸式充填机可用于液体或液浆体的自吸定量充填,由于本机与液体或液浆体接触的部件全部采用不锈钢材料制成,具有防锈、腐蚀性能,灌装采用自吸注射泵、具有装量精度高,采用气动工作、本机具有防爆动能。故可广泛用于食品、医药、农药、洒类、酱类、日用产品、化工产品、润滑油等行业,作为物料灌装充填的设备。二、主要技术参数:1、充填量GFA—2型0.5—2LGFA—4型0.5—4L2、充填精度≦1.5%3、生产能力2—6PCS/MIN(根据物料的稀稠)4、配用气量≦0.10M3/MIN5、配用气压0.4MPA6、外型尺寸1500×70×1200MM7、重量180KG三、工作原理:出料缸内的出料活塞其原始状态是停留在出料缸内的下端位置。当脚踏阀开启时,气动换向阀进行切换压缩空气进入气缸下端。活塞向上移动,出料缸内活塞也同步向上,进料管上的单向止回阀关闭,出料管上的单向止回阀打开,同时出料嘴上的气缸同步向上,打开出料嘴,然后所要灌装的物料通过出料嘴压出,灌进包装容器。由于气缸进出气管都装由单向节流阀,出料速度可以根据生产需要进行调节气缸上端气管节流阀,自动工作时速度的快慢调节气缸下端气管节流阀。当出料活塞向上移动时,在气缸连块上装有气行程开关杆(气行程开关上下可通过机器右侧面的大手柄调整),当开关杆碰到气行程开关时,气动换向阀进行切换压缩空气进入气缸上端,使气缸活塞连同出料杆快速向下移动,进料管上的单向止回阀打开,物料进入料筒,出料管上的单向止回阀关闭,同时出料嘴上的气缸同步向下,关闭出料嘴。等待第二往复灌装工作,机器右侧装有脚踏控制(两个同时拉出脚踏)、自动控制(两个同时进)转换开关。充填量可以通过调节手柄调节,顺时针调节为增加充填量,逆时针调节为减少充填量,两头充填的多少调节进料或出料止回阀的开口大小。
