非顺序四分体分析分子式:CAS号:性质:在某些子囊菌(Ascomycetes)中,不考虑子囊孢子的排列顺序,而是根据其性状组合来分析两个基因是否连锁的一种实验方法,也称非顺序四分体分析。子囊菌的子囊可分为三种四分体类型,即亲二型(PD)、非亲二型(NPD)和四型(T)。判断两个基因是否连锁,可根据以下原则:(1)PD数=NPD数,意味不连锁;(2)PD数>NPD数,意味连锁,如果连锁十分紧密,则几乎无NPD子囊;(3)NPD数/T数<意味连锁,NPD数/T数>意味不连锁。如两个基因连锁,则可根据三种四分体子囊数计算它们的图距:对子囊孢子属非顺序排列的子囊菌,如构巢曲霉(Aspergillus nidulans)、酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)、衣藻(chlamydomonas)等来说,可用随机孢子分析法来判断基因的连锁,而对顺序排列类型的子囊菌,如粗糙脉孢菌(Neu-rospora crassa)来说,按顺序逐个取出子囊孢子培养十分繁琐,故一般也用随机孢子分析法。
