铁丝七【通用名称】铁丝七【其他名称】铁丝七 (《陕西中草药》) 【异名】铜丝草、铁丝草、猪宗七(《陕西中草药》),乌脚枪(《江西医药》(8):23,1963)。 【来源】为铁线蕨科植物掌叶铁线蕨的全株。 【植物形态】掌叶铁线蕨 多年生草本,高30~70厘米。根茎短,横卧,被褐色膜质鳞片。叶簇生;叶柄黑紫色,光滑无毛,具光泽,先端分叉;叶片2叉分歧,呈掌状;羽片单生于主枝上侧,羽状分裂,中部的最大;小羽片斜长方形,基部楔形,上缘浅圆裂,无主脉。孢子囊群横长圆形,稍曲,着生于由叶缘反曲而成的膜质囊群盖下面;囊群盖肾形或矩圆形。 生于山地林下。分布我国东北、华北和西南地区。 【采集】夏季采挖,阴干。 【化学成分】叶含羊齿烯、异羊齿烯、7-羊齿烯、雁齿烯、雁齿烯醛、铁线蕨酮、异铁线蕨酮、掌叶铁线蕨醇、禾烯Ⅱ、新禾烯、新禾二烯及羊齿二烯等三萜类。 【性味】味甘微涩苦,性平。 【功用主治】利水,除湿,通淋,调经,止痛。治小便不利,淋症,血尿,痢疾,风湿肿痛,月经不调,崩漏,白带,牙痛。 【用法与用量】内服:煎汤,3~5钱。 【选方】治淋症:铁丝七、金刷把各二钱,木通一钱,参叶子五分。水煎服。(性味以下出《陕西中草药》) 【临床应用】治疗颈淋巴结结核 用乌脚枪全草干者1两,或鲜者2两,加猪肉2.5两(十两制),同煮烂,去渣,将药汁连肉同吃,每日一剂。一般服用2~3星期后出现疗效,少数病例服5~6日后即见效果。治疗15例,未经其他方法治疗者7例,经服乌脚枪后6例痊愈,颈淋巴结结核显著缩小者1例;曾经使用链霉素等抗痨药物及其他中、西药治疗者8例,经服乌脚枪后,其中6例痊愈,2例颈淋巴结结核显著缩小。
