利妥特灵,幼托 ,羟苄麻黄碱,利托君,雷托君,柔托扒,盐酸利托君药物名称:柔托扒英文名:Ritodrine别名: 利妥特灵,幼托 ,羟苄麻黄碱,利托君,雷托君,柔托扒,盐酸利托君外文名:Ritodrine, YUTOPAR,Ritodrine Hydrochloride适应症: 为β2肾上腺素受体激动剂,可激动子宫平滑肌中的β2受体,抑制子宫平滑肌的收缩,减少子宫的活动而延长妊娠期。 用量用法: 1.静滴:取本品150mg用500ml静滴溶液稀释为每毫升0.3mg的溶液,于48小时内使用完毕。静滴时,应保持左侧姿势,以减少低血压危险。开始时,应控制滴速使剂量为每分钟0.1mg,并逐渐增加至有效剂量,通常保持在每分钟0.15~0.35mg之间,待宫缩停止后,至少持续输注12小时。 2.口服:本品10mg(1片)。头24小时内通常口服剂量为每2小时10mg,此后每4~6小时10~20mg,每日总剂量不超过120mg。为了抗早产的需要,此种维持治疗还可按此剂量继续口服 注意事项: 1.本品禁用于妊娠不足20周和分娩进行期(子宫颈扩展大于4cm或开全80%以上)的孕妇。 2.本品对β2受体的激动作用选择性不强,它同时也作用于β1受体,故可发生心悸、胸闷、胸疼和心律失常等反应,反应严重者应中断治疗。有严重心血管疾患的病人禁用。 3.本品可以升高血糖及降低血钾,故糖尿病病人及使用排钾利尿剂的病人慎用。本品能通过胎盘屏障使新生儿心率改变和出现低血糖,应密切注意。 4.静脉注射时,还可有震颤、恶心、呕吐、头痛和红斑以及神经过敏、心烦意乱、焦虑不适等不良反应。口服还可有心率增加、心悸和震颤、恶心和颤抖、皮疹和心律失常等反应。 5.与糖皮质激素合用,可出现肺水肿,极严重者可导致死亡。 6.溶液变色或出现沉淀或结晶,则不可再用。 规格: 片剂:每片10mg。 注射液:每支50mg(5ml)。 类别:生殖系统药/抗早产药
