1.In order to solve calculation problem of main cable control parameters such as cable initial construction state and initial elevation in zero cable saddle pre-bias design of suspension construction,ANSYS program was used to building whole bridge finite analysis model.针对采用无索鞍预偏施工设计的悬索桥施工控制中主缆空缆状态、空缆标高等控制参数的计算问题,使用有限元程序ANSYS全桥统一建模,从link10单元初应变调整和单元生死功能入手,寻找结构的成桥内力状态,并从成桥状态出发,倒退至结构空缆,对应无索鞍预偏施工方法的空缆状态定义,调整结构受力,最终得到空缆状态的结构线形及内力参数。
2.According to zero cable saddle pre-bias idea of suspension construction, the combined method between analysis iteration method based on cable mechanics and FEA method based on finite displacement theory are introduced in this paper.根据无索鞍预偏的悬索桥施工设计思想,利用基于悬索力学的解析迭代法与基于有限位移理论的有限元法相结合,通过通用有限元程序和自编解析程序的计算,系统地进行了采用无索鞍预偏施工方法的悬索桥在施工中的主索下料长度、空缆状态及空缆标高、加劲梁吊装阶段的主塔受力和变形及锚跨索股张拉时机与张拉量等控制参数的仿真计算; 利用ANSYS程序和有限位移理论在悬索桥施工仿真应用时解的延续性和可逆性,从link10单元初应变调整入手,放弃初始状态试算的大循环迭代方法,建立了利用通用程序从结构成桥状态倒退到初始状态的有效方法; 同时针对悬索桥施工期主塔受力的不利情况,提出了施工期考虑主缆作用的主塔稳定实用分析方法和采用钢弦应变计进行主塔应力实测的有效方法; 本文还进行了基于该施工方法的施工监测和控制方法的研究,建立了控制流程体系。
