1.Objective To explore biocompatibility and biohealing characteristics of the porous nanohydroxyapatite-polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel keratoprosthesis(NHA-PAH KPro) after that implanted into the diseased corneal stroma of rabbits,meanwhile,the study was to discuss the clinical feasibility of NHA-PAH KPro.目的:探讨多孔纳米羟基磷灰石-聚乙烯醇水凝胶人工角膜(porousnsxlohydroxyapatite-polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel keratoprosthesis,NHA-PAH KPro)与角膜组织的生物相容性、组织愈合情况、手术并发症及临床应用的可行性。

羟基磷灰石分子式:CAS号:性质:Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2的磷酸钙盐,简称HA,呈六方晶系结构,是构成人体骨骼、牙齿的无机质,可由Ca(PO4)2和CaCO3按拟定比例在高温下反应同时注入高压水蒸气,粉末经NH4Cl水溶液洗涤后干燥而成,分多孔型和致密型两种,前者是粉料发泡后于1250℃烧结制备,后者成型后于1250℃烧结而成。是一种活性生物材料,与人体组织相容性好,临床用于人体硬组织的修复和置换,如制作人工骨、种植牙、骨充填材料、人工关节等,还可作为整形植入物(如鞍鼻充填),缺点是性脆,且在人体生理环境中抗疲劳性差。
