钛锶铋瓷分子式:CAS号:性质:又称钛锶铋瓷,是一种钛酸铋(Bi2O3·nTiO2,n可为2,3,4)溶于钛酸锶的固溶体陶瓷材料。介电常数250~6000。介质损耗角正切值在10-3数量级内。击穿强度较高。热膨胀系数大。机械强度低。主要原料为三氧化二铋、碳酸锶和二氧化钛、经高温烧成制品。按固溶度可分为三类:(1)钛酸锶浓度较大时,钛酸铋溶于钛酸锶中形成钙钛矿型立方固溶体;(2)钛酸铋浓度较大时,形成钛酸铋固溶体和SrBi2Ti4O12晶相;(3)钛酸锶(SrTiO3)浓度<30mo1%时,主要为钛酸铋固溶体。主要用作高频高介电材料和小体积大容量的电容器瓷料。
