1.HE staining can not distinguish the nuclei of endothelia of postcapillary venules from those of lymphocytes,so as to make difficult for medical students in histologic teaching In this paper,we used Mallory staining to show course crossing through endothelia of postcapillary venules by lymphocytes.本文通过 Mallory 染色法研究淋巴细胞穿越毛细血管后微静脉的过程,结果显示:光镜下淋巴结副皮质区中的毛细血管后微静脉周围的结缔组织呈现蓝色,毛细血管后微静脉管腔面的高内皮细胞核着色较浅,淋巴细胞核呈现金黄色。
