黄铁矿烧渣提金黄铁矿烧渣提金extraction of gold from pyrite cinder huangtiekuang shaozha tljin黄铁矿烧渣提金(extraetion of gold frompyrite einder)从含金黄铁矿烧渣中回收金的过程,冶金副产物提金的组成部分。黄铁矿烧渣是制硫酸的副产物,一般含Fe4o%一60%、Cuo.l%一8%、Pbo.01%一0.3%、Zno.05%一1.5%、Auo.l一89八、Ag20一409/t及少量硫、砷等。世界年产黄铁矿烧渣3000万t,中国产百万吨以上。从黄铁矿烧渣提金的方法主要有氯化法、氰化法、选矿法等。 氯化法是处理黄铁矿烧渣最常用的方法。分为高温(127sK)、中温(823~873K)、低温(473~773K)三种氯化方法。高温氯化的工艺过程是:将烧渣与3%一4%CaCI:混合制粒,干燥后在回转窑中于1273K以上温度焙烧,使90%~98%的铜、铅、锌、铸、金和银呈氯化物形态挥发而回收,氯化残渣可作为炼铁的优质原料。当黄铁矿烧渣中的金<19八、银<139/t时,金、银的回收率达到95%一97%。 氰化法是在黄铁矿烧渣经水碎、磨矿、浓密脱水和碱处理后,用氰化一锌粉置换法提取金和银(见氛化法提金)。加拿大一金矿用氰化法处理焙砂(烧渣),金的回收率达到81%~86%。中国一硫酸厂的黄铁矿烧渣经氰化法处理,金的回收率达72%一80%。 选矿法一般是将黄铁矿烧渣磨细后,进行浮选得金精矿。例如一含金8.349/t、金呈细微粒、粒度小于0. 074mm的黄铁矿烧渣,先经过氧化焙烧使其质地疏松、解理增大、金多离解成单体后,再经过三次磨矿和三次浮选,获平均含金100.49/t的金精矿,金的回收率达88.9%。 此外,还有用硫脉(见硫服法提金)、次氯酸钠或氯化铁等(见水溶液氛化法提金)浸出黄铁矿烧渣提取金和银,或黄铁矿烧渣进行鼓风炉熔炼,使金、银富集于铜梳等方法。
