超高分子量聚氯乙烯分子式:CAS号:性质:又称超高分子量聚氯乙烯。指平均聚合度1700以上,工业产品2000~4500,有时可高达8000的一类聚氯乙烯树脂。由于分子量高,大分子链间缠结点增多,类似交联效应,因而塑性变形降低,回弹性增加,耐热、耐寒、耐疲劳、机械强度都有提高,使用温度范围宽。可采用悬浮法,本体法,乳液法或微悬浮法等工艺,在较低温度及链增长剂存在下,以高活性引发剂使氯乙烯聚合而制得。加入增塑剂后用于制备PVC热塑性弹性体,替代橡胶用作汽车内饰件,门窗密封条,耐热电缆护套,耐热软管及鞋底等。
