氧化浸出氧化浸出oxidizing leaching yanghuaJ一nehu氧化浸出(oxidizing leaehing)加入氧化剂使矿石、精矿或其他固体物料中的有价组分在浸出过程中发生以氧化反应为特征的浸出方法。工业上常用的氧化剂有空气、氧、Fe3+、MnO:和el:等。 对金属或低价金属氧化物而言,氧化浸出的目的是使金属氧化为离子或使低价离子氧化为易溶性高价离子进入溶液。前者如含金、银矿石的氰化物浸出: ZAu+4CN一+02+ ZHZO= ZAu(CN)牙+ZOH一+2H2O2 ZAg+SCN一+02十ZHZO=ZAg(CN)牙+4OH-浸出过程中元素金和银分别被空气中的氧氧化并与CN一络合呈配位离子形态进入溶液;后者可举含U02为主的铀矿氧化酸浸出为例: ZFe3++UOZ=UO鑫++ZFeZ+此时,氧化剂为Fe3+。为避免Fe3+反应生成的UO呈十发生水解沉淀,浸出过程必须在酸性介质中进行。硫化矿物的氧化浸出与含金、银矿石氰化物浸出及铀矿氧化酸浸出的情况不同,前者浸出过程发生氧化反应的主要是硫。例如,硫化锌精矿的氧压酸浸出反应可表示为: ZnS+ZH++1/202=ZnZ++HZO+50 ZnS+202=ZnZ++50泛-实践证明,硫的氧化产物主要为元素硫。其他硫化矿物的常压或加压氧化酸浸,硫的氧化产物也主要是元素硫。回收得到的元素硫便于贮存和运输,这是硫化矿物氧化浸出的主要优点。
