道路运输安全道路运输安全safety for motor-transport dao}u yunshu anquan道路运输安全(safety for motor一transport) 为消除道路运送货物事故所采取的技术措施。现代冶金企业的厂区运输方式中,道路运输约占16%,它与铁路运输(约占12%)、带式输送机输送方式等组成输送网络。冶金企业的厂区道路分厂内道路和厂外道路。厂区道路布置应符合生产要求,使装卸点之间运距短捷,运输安全。合理地分散货流和人流,尽量避免与运输繁忙的铁路,特别是与运输铁水罐、烧罐和运锭台车的铁路平面交叉。厂区道路尽可能平行或垂直于主要建、构筑物布置。厂区道路一般布置成环形道路:主厂房、高层建筑、燃油罐区四周及燃油罐组之间,可为尽头式,但设有回车场。当车间外无生产的运输道路时,设置路面宽度不小于3.sm的消防车道,或留有宽度不小于6m的平坦空地。道路边缘至相邻建、构筑物与铁路最小净距不小于《厂矿道路设计规范》的规定。厂内道路最小圆曲率半径不小于15m,在平坡或下坡的长直线段的尽头处,不宜采用小圆曲线半径,设置限制速度标志等安全设施。厂区道路的转弯半径要便于车辆通行。主、次干道的最大纵坡一般不大于8%,易燃、易爆危险品专用道路的最大纵坡一般不大于6%,跨越道路上空架设管线或其他构筑物距路面的最小净高不小于sm,厂内道路的交叉路口,高峰时间每小时机动车流量超过20。辆或者交通量比较繁忙而视线条件达不到规定要求,均应有人指挥和设置信号灯。厂内干道与职工人数较多的生产车间相衔接的人行通道,如跨越铁路线群,设置人行地道或天桥。大中型厂内道路采取交通分流,人流较大的主于道两侧修筑人行道。经常运输粉尘等有害货物和超限货物时.使用专用车辆。厂内道路交叉口路面边缘转弯半径,不小于表1的规定。厂内道路在平面转弯处和纵断面变坡处的视距不小于表2的规定。 表1交叉路口路面边缘最小转弯半径二万 表2视距{才誉下 (过玉卿陈道礼)
