转子式压缩机分子式:CAS号:性质:又称偏心滚动转子式压缩机。一种回转式压缩机。圆筒形气缸内设置一个偏心圆柱形转子,气缸上方设有一个滑片,把吸、排气口隔开。转子旋转时,气缸、转子和滑片三者之间的容积周期地变化。以实现气体的吸入、压缩和排出。采用气缸内喷油冷却,排气温度较低,故压力比可很大(单级压力比可达30以上);它必须设置排气阀,其压力比不取决于排气口的位置,因而它适用于压力比变化的工作条件,例如在制冷装置和真空系统中使用,但转子每转一周只能完成一次气体工作循环,故排气脉动较大,其排气量为0.17~46.7m3/min,转速常取500~1500r/min。
