机械焙烧炉分子式:分子量:CAS号:性质:又称机械焚矿炉。在高温下焙烧矿石的一种设备。用以分解矿石或同时制取各种工业用气体。硫酸工业中用于硫铁矿的焙烧,以制取二氧化硫气体。炉身由碳素钢焊接而成,并以耐火砖衬里。炉中共有八层炉拱,顶层为矿料的干燥段,其余七层炉拱则用于焙烧操作。炉内安装有空心炉轴和炉耙,冷空气从中流过, 防止炉轴和炉耙过热,同时带走一部分反应热。硫铁矿自炉顶加料斗中进入干燥段。利用炉耙的转动,将硫铁矿由外向内移动,利用下一层中炉气的热量将矿料干燥。矿料在干燥段与炉轴间的环隙处进入下一层炉拱。环隙中设有料封,以防炉气外逸。落到第一层的矿料,通过炉耙的拨动将其由内向外移动。在偶数层物料由外向内移动,耙齿的安装角度为135°;在奇数层物料由内向外移动,耙齿的安装角度为45°。矿料在炉内可停留8小时以上。焙烧是在负压下进行的。制得的炉气,由操作段和干燥段间的炉壁上的炉气出口排出。炉气含二氧化硫8%~9%,矿渣含硫达1%~2%。这种焙烧炉一般用于焙烧普通硫铁矿和普通硫铁矿与浮选硫铁矿(或含煤硫铁矿)的混合矿。也用于其他金属矿石的焙烧。
