固体燃料间歇式固定床气化法分子式：分子量：CAS号：性质：将固体燃料（如煤、焦炭等）燃烧气化以生产半水煤气或水煤气的一种方法。主要用于制取合成氨原料气和全成甲醇原料气。将空气逆流送入煤气发生炉（UGI煤气炉）使煤或焦炭燃烧（工业上称为吹风阶段），放出的热积蓄在燃料床层内，接着停止送入空气改为通入水蒸气进行吸热的气化反应（工业上称为制气阶段）。炉渣从炉篦排出。由吹风和制气两个阶段形成一个工作循环。如此吹风和制气循环进行，因而操作是间歇的。
