浮选柱浮选柱flotation column fUXuQnZhU浮选柱(flotation column)将压缩空气透过多孔介质(充气器)对矿浆进行充气和搅拌的充气式浮选机。该机的主体结构通常是一个带充气器(气泡发生器)的圆柱形筒体(亦可是正方形或矩形柱),筒体内附有给矿装置,泡沫溢出或刮出装置以及泡沫槽、压缩空气输入管网和风包等。(见图)浮选柱工作时,经药剂调!今 浮选柱结构示意图 1一筒体;2一压缩空气输入管道和充气装置; 3一给矿装置;4一精矿泡沫流槽; 5一尾矿提升装置;6一精选区; 7一捕集区和好的矿浆由柱体中上部的给矿装置给入;压缩空气经输入管网和风包,然后透过多孔介质(如微孔塑料短管)从柱体底部鼓入,使在柱体内形成大量细小气泡。矿粒在重力作用下缓缓下降,气泡穿过向下流动的矿浆升浮,矿粒与气泡通过逆流接触与碰撞,实现气泡选择性矿化。(见气泡矿化)矿化气泡升浮至矿液面聚集形成泡沫层,溢出或用刮板刮出后得泡沫产品(一般为精矿);尾矿则由柱底借助提升装置排出。柱体内自矿浆给入口至柱顶称为精选区,主要作用是提高泡沫产物的品位;由矿浆给入口至柱底称为捕集区,主要作用是捕集欲浮出的目的矿物,提高回收率。 浮选柱的特点是结构简单,能耗低、占地面积小,操作控制容易,适用于处理微细粒矿物。但充气器易结垢堵塞,矿浆在柱体内易上下翻腾以及对各类矿石的适应性不强。20世纪80年代以后,许多国家都加强了对浮选柱的研究工作,出现了一批比较新颖的浮选柱,如柱内充以波浪板迭置成的介质床层,分层处于“静态”条件,泡沫层稳定且不用专门的发泡器的充填介质浮选柱;在柱底采用电解发泡方式产生微泡的电浮选柱;在给料下方柱周加线圈,使柱轴向产生纵向磁场,有利于矿浆充分分散的磁浮选柱;内置多孔介质柱体,重选作用和浮选作用相结合,强化浮选效应的旋流充气浮选柱;柱体高度低、给料与空气预先混合给入,矿化好,浮选速度快的詹姆森(Jameson)浮选柱等。工业上应用的浮选柱最大直径已达2.sm,高12m。 (黄和慰)
