抽水试验抽水试验pump water test ehoushui shiyan抽水试验(pump water test)通过抽水设备,在揭露含水层的钻孔、竖井、民井、试坑中抽水,可以获得一定的水位降低值(降深)和相应的流量,依据降深和流量,按不同的边界条件采用相应的计算公式,计算含水层的渗透系数。钻孔抽水试验可分为单孔抽水和多孔抽水,稳定流抽水和非稳定流抽水。单孔抽水只在抽水孔中获取流量与降深,多孔抽水一般布置l一2条观测线,每条观测线上布置的观测孔一般不少于三个,除在抽水孔(主孔)中获得流量与降深外,同时还在观测孔中获取相应的降深。无论单孔抽水或多孔抽水,其抽水孔都可分为完整孔和非完整孔。前者适用于厚度小于15米的均质含水层,后者适用于非均质层状含水层。在具备一定条件的情况下,采用非完整孔可以进行分段抽水,以取得各含水层中分层的渗透系数。稳定流抽水,即在一定的抽水时间内,水位下降和流量的波动值不超过最大允许误差范围。一般在含水层渗透性强,补给水源充足地区,能取得较好效果。非稳定流抽水,在抽水过程中,水位降深和流量控制其中一项相对不变,记录另一项随时间变化的数值,前者适用于工程地质勘察,后者适用于供水计算。目前两种抽水试验并存,视实际情况选用,但在水利工程中仍以稳定流抽水为主。 抽水试验设备主要有抽水机械、过滤器和水位、流量测试工具。过滤器的选择:半坚硬不稳定岩层、构造破碎带、裂隙密集带和含砂量很少的卵石层,宜采用管架过滤;砂砾石和中粗砂层,宜采用包网或缠丝过滤器;细砂层和粉砂层宜采用填砾石过滤器。抽水机械根据地下水的埋深、最大出水量以及过滤器直径选择。拉杆式水泵适用于地下水位较深且流量不大的钻孔抽水;离心式水泵用于地下水位较浅的钻孔中,其吸程一般为7一9米;对地下水位埋深大于9米、总流量大于60吨/小时的,宜选空气压缩机抽水。水位观测,一般使用电测水位计;地下水位较浅时,可采用浮标水位计。流量的量测用具根据水量大小选定,流量小于2升/秒时,采用量水桶;流量2一30升/秒时,采用三角堰;大于30升/秒时采用矩形堰。 抽水试验一般需三次降深,单孔抽水试验的最小降深值不应小于0.5米;多孔抽水试验应保证最远观测孔的降深不小于。.1米,或相邻观测孔的降深差值不小于0.2米。抽水孔最大降深,潜水含水层不宜大于含水层厚度的0.3倍;承压含水层不宜降到含水层顶板以下。抽水试验过程中动水位和流量的观测时间,开始抽水时,每隔5一10分钟观测一次,出现稳定趋势后,每20一30分钟观测一次。
