海上油气勘探开发风险分析  海上油气勘探时投资回收和利润的预计和分析。海上油气勘探、开发投资大,不肯定的因素较多,迄今还只能根据从地球物理方法和钻探所得的资料、探区的地质位置及周围的条件,来判断勘探开发的可能成功率。通常对影响投资和利润的各种主要因素的出现概率,用博奕论中的蒙特卡洛模型和概率模型等数学模型,进行分析,来评价油气勘探开发方案。    海上钻井比陆上钻同样深度的井成本要高好几倍,每口井往往高达500~1000万美元,而且成功率较低,即使在浅海区,使用最新的技术,其成功率也只有一半。因此,一般采取尽量少钻井,多做地震工作。用地震船边航行边放炮,比陆上钻眼放炮简便易行,成本低。在此基础上利用本海域所获全部地质资料,可判断出较佳的钻探地点。所钻的井可同时用作勘探与生产,根据钻井结果再进行地震,取得必需资料,尽量减少勘探的总费用。    建成一个海上油气田需要7~10年,建设平台以及采油、集输和处理等装置需要大量资金,往往要花费几十亿美元,而在3~7年后才能取得收益。开发时应根据油气储量,来决定平台的数量、大小与方式;输油用船还是用管道。在开采过程中,还要考虑到市场的需要、油气价格变动等经济和政治因素的变化。一发现储量丰富的油田,就立即投入开发,尽快地回收资金,再勘探新目标。
