阶段通风网络阶段通风网络ventilation network for stage  1 ieduan tongfeng wangIU阶段通风网路(ventilation network forstage)由阶段进风、回风平巷,进风回风天井和采场风道所构成的区域性矿井通风网路。金属矿井通常是多个阶段同时作业,阶段间容易造成风流污染。为使各阶段作业地点都能从进风井巷获得新鲜风流,并将作业时形成的污浊风流直接送入回风井巷,就必须对各阶段的进风、回风井巷统一安排,构成一定型式的阶段通风网路。结合中国矿山开采特点,经过多年来实践,总结归纳出下列几种阶段通风网路:阶梯式、棋盘式、平行双巷式、上下行间隔式和梳式。阶梯式通风网路结构简单、工程量少、风流稳定,但对开采顺序有严格限制,只适用于矿体规整、采用后退式回采的脉状矿床。棋盘式和平行双巷式通风网路均需开凿和维护一定数量的专用回风井巷,适用于矿体规整、开采强度大、对通风要求较高的矿井。上下行间隔式通风网路需要开凿的专用回风巷较少,适用于开采强度较大的矿井。梳式通风网路需将穿脉巷道扩大,用风嶂将其隔成两格,一格运输和进风,另一格回风。由于扩大断面、修建和维护风嶂的工程量和费用较大,只适用于开采多层密集脉状矿体和对通风要求高的矿井。 (程厉生)
