煤炭开采对环境的污染煤炭开采对环境的污染environmental pollution of coal mining 煤炭开采对环境的污染(environmenta1Pol-lutionofcoal mi川ng)人类为了获得能源而以工业规模采掘地层中煤炭的活动造成对环境的一系列破坏作用。煤层的埋藏形态决定了不同的来掘方式,通常的施工方法可分为地下采煤和露天采煤两大类,两种采煤将引起不完全相同的环境污染。 地下采煤的环境问题在煤层埋藏相对分散或覆盖层较厚的情况下通常施行坑道掘进采煤法。此时从选定的井口按其条件开凿出竖井或斜井到需要的深度,再向煤层集中的方向建立掘进坑道,根据掌握的地质资料分别建设采煤工作面。 采掘地下煤层的结果将形成大面积的地下矿坑,其最直接的环境影响就是引起地表沉降和塌陷(见地表塌陷),从而可使各类地表建构筑物(包括村庄和工厂、道路和桥梁、输电设施)以及农田土地等遭受破坏,其后果可能造成地表大面积积水、土地盐碱化,致使生态环境遭受破坏。地下采煤的另一直接后果是大量煤矿废水的形成。这些水主要来自地层渗出水、水力采煤的生产废水,同时还有地表径流水及地面水等。由此汇集而成的煤矿废水对劳动环境威胁大,需设置有效的抽排系统。由于煤矿建设中生活和生产用水来源往往华…接损害井下工人的肺部健康,同时还随矿井排风而进人地面空气功口上大量产生粉尘的矿区地上设备,一起构成了污染大气环境的粉尘污染源(见矿山安全与卫生)o 煤矿采掘机械等设备具有高噪声的特性,例如中国华北地区煤矿所用设备中70%以上的噪声强度都超过了90dB(A),其中噪声为9。一loodB(A)的占45%,100~13odB(A)的占25少百,采煤噪声污染非常严重。 露天采煤对环境的污染工业上对于埋藏集中、覆盖层相对不太厚的大面积煤田通常即行露天开采。此时由机械施工进行表层土壤和岩层的剥离,暴露煤层,然后进行开放作业,露天采煤露天煤矿的开采规模大,机械施工程度高,经济效益也好。 露夫采煤对环境的最直观的影响就是大面积的表层剥离直接破坏了地面景观和生态环境,地面建构物及各种设施一律彻底被毁,加上剥离物的堆积压占地面,可使遭破坏的农田植被面积达数千公顷之巨。 大面积的露天矿坑同样要形成大量煤矿废水,需长期向外排放,引起地下水位迅速降低,形成降落漏斗。采煤机械的噪声和震动、煤研石的排出和堆放、煤矿粉尘和废气的排放、爆破作业时有害气体的生成等也与地下采煤过程大致相同。 (许征帆)
