复杂金精矿焙砂浸出车间设计复杂金精矿焙砂浸出车间设计design of calsine leaching plant for complex gold concentrate fuza Jinjingkuan beisha』inehu ehelian sheji复杂金精矿焙砂漫出车间设计(design。fealeine leaehing plant for eomplex gold eon-centrate)以焙烧车间产出的焙砂为原料,经胶浸脱铜锌、盐浸脱铅、氛化浸金和锌粉置换,获得金泥的复杂金精矿冶炼厂车间设计。金泥为下一步提纯金银的原料。设计内容包括:工艺流程、设备选择、车间配置和主要技术指标。 工艺流程一般根据焙砂成分、扩大试验结果和同类工厂的实践经验确定。中国某厂的工艺流程如图。 精矿焙烧后焙砂中的金属有的(如铜、铅、锌)变为硫酸盐,有的(如铁)变为氧化物,有的(如砷)浑发进入烟气。用稀硫酸浸出时,焙砂中的锌、铜呈硫竣盐进入溶液,铅和金银以及大量脉石仍留在浸出渣中。浸出矿浆经浓密分出的上清液,送综合回收车间(见复杂全精矿冶炼厂综合回收车问设计)回收铜、锌,浓密机底流经过滤洗涤后,送氛化浸出工序。氰化浸出所产贵液即焙砂经氛化浸出后所得的含金溶液,送锌粉置换工序。氰化渣经浆化后送往渣场。 通常用锌粉置换法从贵液中置换出金泥,即先将贵液过滤,除去其中的悬浮物,在脱氧塔中进行真空脱氧,然后加锌粉置换金银。锌粉加到贵液泵的入口处,在泵中混合并开始反应,在压滤中完成全部置换作业。压滤所得金泥送金银提纯车间处理,沉金后的贫液叩贵液中的金被置换出去后所剩的溶液,一部分返回去用做氛化调浆,另一部分经处理回收或破坏其中的氛根,达到要求后排放(见金银选冶厂含氛污水处理车司设计),兼起排除溶液中循环积累的有害杂质的作用。 如原料中含铅高,设计时须在氰化前增加脱铅二焙砂,巍是一习 后排放)纯车间) 焙砂浸出工艺流程示意图序,即将脱铜后的渣在加热状态下用接近饱和的食盐水浸铅,经固液分离及洗涤作业,浸渣送氰化浸出,盐浸液经脱银脱铅后,把食盐溶液蒸发浓缩至接近饱和状态,返回盐浸工序使用。 设备选择酸浸脱铜一般采用机械搅拌槽,槽内与矿浆接触的部分要有防腐及耐磨措施。固液分离和洗涤设备多用浓密机与水平带式真空过滤机,要考虑防腐。 氰化浸出常用双叶轮高效搅拌槽,浸出后矿浆的固液分离和洗涤设备,也用浓密机和水平带式真空过滤机,但不须防腐。 脱铅工序的盐水蒸发浓缩,采用立式列管蒸发器,设备腐蚀严重,要用高级耐腐蚀合金。 锌粉置换装置,用普通碳素钢制作。 脱氧设备采用真空脱氧塔。 金泥过滤一般采用板框压滤机,滤布表面须采取防止微细金泥透滤的措施。
