空气幕空气幕air curtain kongqjmu空气幕(air eurtain)工厂局部通风使用的喷送出一定速度的幕状气流的装置。它通过条缝形风口送风，形成扁射流气幕，把气幕两侧的空气环境隔开，防止两侧空气互相混合。 需要经常开启大门供运输工具出入的厂房或人流进出频繁的车间，为避免大门开启时室外空气的大量侵人，以减少建筑物的热(冷)负荷，设置大门空气幕。它有下送式、侧送式(单侧或双侧)和上送式、气幕。下送式的气流由地下风道送出，用于冬季阻挡室外冷风，效果较好。但下部的送风气流会受到运输工具的阻挡，而且会把地面上的灰尘吹起，只用于运输工具通过时间短，工作场地较清洁的车间。一般厂房大门常用双侧送风式空气幕。在空调车间和公共建筑的大门上，常把风机直接安装在大门上方，用空调再循环空气由上向下吹风，形成气幕。这种上送式气幕的出风速度较低，用流速不大的较厚的一层气流构成气幕，只要射流出口的动量和高速气流的相等，它们就具有相同的抵挡横向气流的能力。由于它出口流速较低，出口动压损失小，卷吸人射流的周围空气较少，可降低加热(冷却)室外冷(热)空气的热量，因此它的投资费用和运行费用都较低。它还具有卫生条件好、安装简便、占用空间较少、不影响建筑物美观等优点。大门空气幕送出的气体，根据需要而先经加热(热风幕)或冷却(冷风幕)，前者用于严寒地区防止冷风侵人，后者用于炎热地区空调建筑，阻挡热气流侵人。也有把未经处理的空气直接送出的，这种空气幕结构简单、体积小，在非严寒、非炎热地区广泛应用。 20世纪90年代，在车间内部利用空气幕来分隔污染区和清洁区，以控制有害物质污染的应用有所发展。附图所示是用空气幕隔离炼铁车间铁水沟烟尘的空气幕。誉 隔离铁水沟烟尘的空气幕 1一宽间距电除尘器;2一电晕线.3一收尘极; 4一吹刷空气;5一空气幕，6一风机; 7一铁水沟 (叶龙)
