水电站升压开关站 接受和分配水轮发电机组发出的电能,经升压后向电网或负荷点供电的高压配电装置的场所。由变压器、开关设备、隔离开关、互感器、避雷器、母线装置和有关建筑结构等组成(见图)。电能经过主变压器升高至规定的电压后,通过开关站进行远距离输电。 变压器场 装设主变压器的地方,有两类布置方式:①屋外布置。根据水电站厂房的形式、电站容量大小和枢纽布置的特点而异,有的布置在厂房与坝之间,有的在尾水平台上,有的在主厂房的一端或顶部,也有布置在靠近主厂房的山坡之上。②屋内布置。对地下式和坝内式厂房,目前趋向于布置在平行于主厂房的地下洞室或坝内廊道内。如果开关站也布置在地下洞室内时,变压器场应紧靠开关站并用隔墙分隔。 水电站主变压器场,一般应尽可能靠近主厂房,以缩短发电机电压母线,减少电能损失,并应注意防火、防爆、防雷、防水雾、防雪和满足通风冷却以及便于设备运输和主变压器的安装检修等。 开关站 按电气设备的装置地点可分为屋外与屋内配电装置两大类。 屋外配电装置 根据电气设备和母线高度又可分为低型、中型、半高型和高型。①低型布置:电气设备直接放在地面基础上,母线布置的高度也比较低,为了保证安全距离,设备周围设有围栏。低型布置由于占地面积大,在水电站很少采用。②中型布置:所有电气设备装在一定高度的支架上,使带电部分对地保持必要高度,母线布置水平高于电气设备的水平面。中型布置在中国水电站中具有较成熟的运行经验,已普遍采用。③半高型和高型布置:电气设备和母线分别装在几个不同高度的水平面上,并且重叠布置。将母线与断路器、电流互感器等重叠布置称为半高型。将一组母线及母线隔离开关与另一组母线及母线隔离开关重叠布置称为高型布置(见彩图)。高型布置的缺点是钢材消耗大,操作和检修不方便。半高型布置的缺点也类似。但高型布置的最大优点是占地少,一般约为中型的一半,由于逐渐妥善地解决了操作和检修困难的技术问题及适应于水电站枢纽地形陡峻的条件,因此在水电站已广泛采用。有时还根据地形条件采用不同地面高程的阶梯型布置,以进一步减少占地和节省开挖工程量。 屋内配电装置 结合水电站枢纽布置的特点,将110kV和220kV电气设备布置在屋内,各种间隔距离比屋外布置小,故占地面积也小。其土建费用比屋外布置高,且建设时间长,但它不受污秽恶劣气候影响。有时为降低建筑费用将部分设备仍放在屋外。当水电站的开关站布置在地下或坝内时,称洞内布置,也属于屋内布置。 六氟化硫(SF6)全封闭组合电器配电装置 以SF6全封闭组合电器所组成的高压配合装置。SF6全封闭组合电器是以SF6气体作为绝缘和灭弧介质,以优质环氧树脂绝缘子作支撑的新型成套高压电器。由母线、隔离开关、接地开关、互感器、避雷器、电缆终端等各元件制成不同接线的标准独立结构,即可适应不同主接线的配电装置。它的优点是占地面积和占空间都更小,运行安全可靠,检修间隔周期长,噪音水平低,更适用于深山峡谷的大型水电站和屋内配电装置。 参考书目 华中工学院主编:《发电厂电气部分》,水利电力出版社,北京,1984。
