岩巷掘进 在岩层中掘进平巷的作业。17世纪以前,岩巷主要靠手工挖掘,随后用人工凿眼、黑火药爆破、人力装岩和木棚支护,掘进速度有所提高。19世纪后期,欧洲出现了手持式凿岩机、矿用炸药与起爆器材,凿岩爆破法便发展成现代岩巷掘进的主要手段。现代已经采用机械破岩和出碴同时作业的联合掘进机掘进法,掘进速度有较大的提高。岩巷掘进作业方式有:①掘进与支护平行作业;②掘进与支护单行作业。岩巷掘进一般采用一次成巷,即掘进、支护、水沟三项工序一次作成。有可能时铺轨工程也应同时完成。 凿岩爆破掘进法 主要作业是凿岩、爆破和装岩运输。岩层不够稳定时,还需进行支护。 凿岩爆破 常用的凿岩机有手持式、气腿式和导轨式,其动力有气动、电动和液压三种。目前各国普遍采用凿岩台车,最新式台车具有全液压程序控制、自动对孔位、自动进退等功能(图1)。根据岩巷断面大小和岩石坚硬程度,在工作面上布置若干个炮眼,通常采用浅孔,现已向孔深大于3.5m的深孔发展,并广泛采用光面爆破,以减少对围岩的破坏,使巷道周边平整。爆破后用局部扇风机和风筒通风,清除炮烟(见矿井通风)。 装岩运输 用装岩机将爆破的岩石装入矿车运出,它是岩巷掘进中最繁重的作业,约占循环时间的35~60%。常用装岩机,按装卸方式分有铲斗后卸、铲斗侧卸(见彩图)、耙斗、蟹爪和立爪等。钻装机是将装岩与凿岩装置安装在一个行走机构上面,同时具有凿岩和装岩功能的设备(图2)。运输常用矿车。为加速空车周转,须用各种调车设备,如浮放道岔、错车道和气动调车装置等。为缩短调车时间,一般用带式转载机卸入矿车列车或仓式列车,也可用装岩机直接卸入大容量梭车中运出。 支护 在围岩稳定性较差的巷道,服务年限较长时,多用锚喷支护。也可用混凝土、石料、金属或木支架等支护(见巷道与硐室支护)。 机械化作业线 为了降低劳动强度,提高掘进工效和速度,将凿岩、装岩、转载和运输等主要工序使用的机械设备配套成机械化作业线。1977年11月,中国邯郸西石门铁矿无支护巷道,创月进1403.6m的纪录。 联合掘进机掘进 把破岩、装岩等主要工序实现连续机械化作业。第二次世界大战后,美国首先制成联合掘进机,1967年,美国用罗宾斯(Robbins)型掘进机在砂岩和页岩中掘进直径3m的平巷,月进尺达2089.95m。中国研制的掘进机,已成功地应用于平巷掘进中。 联合掘进机由破岩、装岩、转载、支撑等主要部件组成,并有照明、除尘、稳定等辅助装置,有的还有支护、挖沟、指向、调向等附属设施。掘进机机械化程度高、连续作业、成巷质量好、工作安全,适用于长距离直线巷道掘进。但构造复杂,刀具及轴承寿命短,造价高,消耗动力大。今后应进一步研究机体新结构、刀具耐磨材料和高压水射流综合破岩等。 参考书目 山东矿业学院编:《井巷工程》,第一分册,煤炭工业出版社,北京,1979。
