锅炉爆管锅炉爆管boiler tube explosion guolu booguon锅炉姆管(boiler tube explosion)锅炉各金属受热面的管子在运行中损伤失效而爆漏的现象。锅炉受热面主要是水冷壁管、过热器管、再热器管和省旅吕管,常合称为四管.由于它们承受高温、高压,一且.肠即会迫使锅炉非计划停运,每次修复时间至少在三天以上,直接和间接损失都很大。锅炉爆管是常发事故,约占全厂事故的1/3,因此,防止或减少爆管是火力发电厂反事故斗争主要内容之一。爆管原因主要有:①锅炉在制造、安装时选材不当,或错用了钢材,或管材有缺陷,或管内有杂物未清除,或焊接质量不佳等,由此而引起的姆管事故常表现在设备投产初期。另外,在运行维护检修中,也会出现类似问题,应予注意。②结构设计不当,如管子膨胀受阻,相互碰磨或振动,使其承受交变应力,产生机械疲劳损坏。③运行失控使管子壁温超过钢材允许的温度而过热损坏,如炉膛火焰偏斜,炉内结渣,热负荷偏差大,管屏、管子之间热力偏差、水力偏差大.受热不均匀,调温手段不完备,水循环破坏或严重缺水使管子过热;炉膛出口烟温过高或形成烟气走廊,使过热器、再热器长时超温等。④烟气流中的灰粒或吹灰气流直接冲刷受热面而引起磨损,其中以省煤器管被磨损最突出.⑤给水、锅水质量不合标准,使管内壁结垢、腐蚀,并伴生应力腐蚀裂纹、氢损伤,苛性坑蚀和氧化腐蚀等等。⑥燃用含有较高的硫、钠、钒、抓成分的燃料以及管壁金属温度过高,在热负荷集中区域易发生的向火侧的高温腐蚀,以水冷壁管为最突出.⑦炉膛结渣,大渣块跌落将冷灰斗管子砸坏。⑧管材石里化等等。 防止措施防止爆管是一项难度较大的综合性工作,首先应从结构设计、制造及安装工艺着手,保证质量。尽可能地避免因结构不当和所选用的炉型、燃烧方式与实用燃料不符而带来的各种问题。所使用的管材应符合设计要求并经判别和检验合格。在高压下工作的焊缝应百分之百无损检浏,不合格的应返工处理。在安装过程中应认真执行分部验收、通球试验、水压试验、煮炉清洗及吹管等工作。对于因设计、制造、安装责任而引起的爆管事故也应予以考核,并反馈信息以利改进工作。其次是在运行中应保持良好的炉内空气动力场,使炉内温度及热负荷均匀,火焰不冲刷炉壁,并通过对燃烧器的各种可调手段(挡板、摆角等)维持合理的风速、风量比,使炉膛出口烟温在规定范围内。认真监督汽水的品质,保证在起动及运行中汽、水质量合格.停用锅炉应予防腐。还应加强预防性的检查(包括对管子的外壁检查和割管检查),发现有管内结垢、外壁磨损减薄、腐蚀、胀粗、氧化、石墨化、裂纹和机械性能降低并超过或低于规定要求时,应即时处理或换管。 四管以外的承压管件爆漏事故相对较少,但其中下降管、导汽管乃至联箱、锅筒、主燕汽管道、给水管因材质老化、应力裂纹、蠕变损伤等而爆漏的危害性更大,应加强监督检查工作。
