冻结压力冻结压力freezing pressure dongJ旧yall冻结压力(freezing pressure)竖井冻结法掘进施工期间,冻结壁作用于井壁上的压力。 冻结压力成因主要有井筒开掘后形成的二次应力场、土中水结冰时体积膨胀和某些粘性土层吸湿后自身体积膨胀等成因。一般以前两者为主,但粘性土层特别是膨胀性大的粘土层则三者兼有,且以后者为主。 冻结压力形成过程冻结压力随时间变化,且受施工方式的影响。其形成过程是,在形成冻结壁的过程中,地层处于原岩应力状态下冻结膨胀,产生附加应力场,使总的地应力升高,冻结壁内部积聚较多能量;当井筒开挖后,冻结壁的约束解除,应力重新分布,其内侧产生塑性变形,井帮以不断向井内位移形式释放能量,砌壁使冻结壁位移受阻,便产生对井壁的压力,这是冻结壁变形引起的变形压力,它构成前期的冻结压力。在砌筑井壁后,尤其是采用混凝土井壁时,混凝土的水化热使壁后冻土融化,此时冻结压力下降;当融土在冻结孔供冷下又重新回冻时产生冻胀力;同时由于混凝土析出的多余水分迁移到土层中,土体含水率增加,冻胀加剧,这些为回冻胀力,它使后期的冻结压力回升以至达到最大值。当冷冻站停止供冷后,冻结壁温度上升并开始自然解冻,冻结压力逐渐下降并向永久地压过渡。可见,冻胀力、回冻胀力等仅是冻结压力的一部分,但有时是很主要的部分。 影响冻结压力的因素主要有原始地应力和二次应力场、土层性质、冻结深度、冻结温度、井壁材料和构造、施工工艺等。不同条件下冻结压力变化规律和最大值不同。一般砂性土冻结压力很小,而粘性土特别是钙质粘土层的冻结压力则较大。冻结压力尚无通用的理沦公式计算,多用在井壁内安装压力盒等方式实测,设计井壁时可采用类比法参照条件相似的井筒的实测资料加以选取 (宋琳)
