变频器风机水泵控制方案在水泵上应用1.森兰水泵用变频调速器性能简介 (1)BT12S系列变频调速器 森兰BT12S系列变频调速器,是公司为风机、泵类机械而设计的专用数字式变频器,除具有通用变频器功能外,还有变频泵循环、变频泵固定两种方式的定时轮换功能(接入继电器扩展板即可实现,详见使用说明书)。 变频器内设PI调节器,备有两种传感器反馈信号输入端子VPF(电压信号)和IPF(电流信号),还有消防运转信号端子FA、高水位信号端子LA2和低水位端子LA1,以及压力上下限报警输出端子30PA、30PB和30PC。 BT12S系列变频器具有独特的睡眠值和苏醒值的设定(参数F66及F67)。当供水系统有两台或两台以上水泵时,可根据用户要求设定适当的睡眠值和苏醒值。当压力低于睡眠值时小泵工作;当压力低于苏醒值时主泵工作;相反,当压力高于苏醒值时,主泵停止工作,小泵工作;当压力高于睡眠值时,小泵也停止工作,进入睡眠状态。 森兰BT12S系列变频器当然也可以作为通用变频调速器使用。 (2)SB60P及SB61P系列变频调速器 这两种森兰变频器电路结构相同,只是容量范围不同。都是采用数字处理器DSP的矢量控制式变频器,性能更好。变频器内设PID调节器,也可外接扩展板进行多泵循环运转。 2.风机水泵用变频调速器控制方案 风机水泵用变频器的控制方法有多种,可根据具体情况选用。下面介绍几种常用的方案。 (1)手动调节 这是一种最简单的控制方法,即操作人员根据仪表指示,手动调节变频器的频率以改变风量或流量,满足生产要求。这种方法适合于任何型式的变频器,常用于老设备的技术改造。FWD为正转信号输入端,CM为输入信号的公共端,SB为转换开关。当SB闭合时,电动机M正向起动;SB断开时,电动机便停止。保留原设备的起动装置,将档板、阀门完全开放,平时令KM1、KM3接通,采用变频器传动。如果变频器发生故障或需要检修,则断开KM3,令KM2接通,采用原设备起动装置和挡板阀门进行运转。为了确保安全,KM2和KM3两个接触器要互相联锁(包括电气、机械两种联锁)。 (2)变频调速器的双位控制 这种方法简单、可靠、容易掌握,精度也基本能满足要求,广泛用于许多要求不高的场会。
