自催化效应分子式:CAS号:性质:在局部腐蚀中,由于形成闭塞电池,引起腐蚀过程的自动加速作用。闭塞电池的形成使缝内或孔内金属阳离子难以扩散迁移出缝外,造成缝内正电荷过剩。为保持电荷平衡,促使缝外电荷(特别是氯离子)迁入缝内。金属氯化物的水解使缝内介质酸化,可使pH下降至很低,从而加速了阳极的溶解,这就又引起更多的氯离子迁入,氯化物浓度进一步增加,水解加剧又使介质更酸化……,如此便形成自催化过程,使缝内的金属溶解加速进行下去。仅有氧浓差作用,不至于构成严重的局部腐蚀。酸化、自催化作用是造成局部腐蚀加速进行的根本原因。
