灰水处理灰水处理ash sluicing water treatment ZHCO矛;CaO+ZCOZ+HZO骨Ca(HCO3):。经炉烟处理后,灰水在处理池出口的pH值可降低到6.6左右.在输灰管道经过一段距离后,灰中游离氧化钙进一步释放溶解,系统中灰水pH值又会缓慢上升。如炉烟处理应用得当,且工艺条件选择合理,灰场出口pH值可保持在9.。以内。炉烟C02法一般适用于灰中游离氧化钙不太高的水力箱灰系统。美国、日本等一般在灰场灰水排放管沟中采用钢瓶C02气体来处理碱性灰水。 含氛、含砷灰水的处理火电厂含氟、含砷灰水具有水量大,氟、砷浓度低,不需要深度处理(处理后浓度仅要求低于排放标准规定值)等特点,因此,采用的处理方法既要技术上可行,又要经济上合理,所以,有一定难度。在水力冲灰系统中,由于灰中氧化钙的不断溶人,灰水中同时存在一定浓度的钙离子,它可与砷产生Ca:(AsO。)2、Ca3(AsO3)2或Ca:(AsOZ):等沉淀,与氟产生 CaFZ沉淀,使氟和砷处于反应平衡浓度。处理含砷、含氟超标的灰水时,最常用的办法是采用灰水再循环系统,在再循环系统中,经一段时间运行后,灰水中氟和砷一般可达到一定的平衡状态,其浓度不再上升。如系统中平衡浓度过高,也可从此系统中抽出部分灰水进行除氟、除砷处理后再返回系统或排走。其他处理方法,如采用硫酸铝、氧化铝、聚合铝等铝盐处理含氛废水,采用苏打一石灰法处理含砷灰水等,均处在试验研究阶段,有的已建立了示范试验装里。hU一ShU一ChU}1灰水处理(ash sluieing water treatment)将水力除灰系统灰场排水中所含的污染物去除,使排水达到排放标准或回收利用的工艺。处理装置可设在厂内,也可设在灰场灰水排放口。在低浓度水力输灰系统中,每吨灰约要用10~15t水,高浓度水力输灰系统每吨灰约用1.5~2t水。这些水,如不回收重复利用,除灰场燕发、渗漏损失外,均在灰渣场排放口排人水体。 灰水中污染物质的种类和浓度主要与锅炉嫩用煤种和除尘方式(干式、湿式)有关。在干除尘水力输灰系统中,在水与灰接触过程中从灰中溶出污染物.在湿除尘水力输灰系统中,除发生上述过程外,由于烟气与水接触使烟气中的某些物质,如氟及其化合物、砷及其化合物和二氧化硫、三氧化硫等也进人灰水中。在干式除尘水力输灰系统中,灰水普遍呈碱性,pH值高达9.5~n,5,主要是灰中氧化钙溶解所致。湿式除尘水力输灰系统中,灰水一般呈弱酸性或弱碱性,有时含氟及其化合物量较高,达15~30 mg/L;其次还有重金属,如砷及其化合物的浓度超标。对这些污染物质可采取不同的方法进行处理。 碱性灰水的治理可采用灰水再循环法、加酸法和炉烟处理法等。
