深凹露天矿通风 深凹露天坑内的风流交换。分自然通风与人工通风。 自然通风 露天矿自然风流的结构、方向、状态和速度,决定着采场内有害气体的分布、大气污染的程度。露天矿自然风流分类的理论基础,是空气动力学的平行射流;风速l0(m/s)和空气垂直温度梯度▽t(℃/m)是形成自然通风方式的主要物理量;背风帮边坡角β>15°,顺风向地表开口水平长度L与垂直采深H之比L/H等几何参数,是决定各种自然通风方式的地形条件(见图)。在无风和弱风的天气里,采场内空气的运动,以对流式和逆增式最为明显。随着地表风力的加强,由热力通风转变为风力通风,形成直流式或复环流式通风。 人工通风 分:①热力式,利用燃油使空气加热以形成对流;②机械式,利用风机,在边帮开凿专用通风井,设通风管送风或抽风;③组合式,目前世界各国露天矿尚未实际采用人工通风。苏联采用过航空用的涡轮螺旋桨式和喷气式发动机作为露天矿通风的动力,但能源耗费大,产生噪声和柴油尾气等二次污染。深凹露天矿通风问题,迄今尚未解决。 露天采场内大气污染和烟尘防治措施 ①设计时,合理布设排土场和地面建筑物,使露天采掘的朝向和地表风向频率图相适应;②在穿孔机上装设除尘器,并采用湿式凿岩;③每天风速最大时进行爆破;④经常在工作面和公路上喷雾洒水;⑤对内燃机装设净化器;⑥实行白天两班作业,以避开最不利的逆增式通风;⑦安装防风、导风设施;⑧利用人工通风。
