挖掘机  挖掘土方用的农田建设机械。可用于开挖水库、鱼塘、沟渠和清理渠道等作业。按其在拖拉机上的配置方式有正铲挖掘机和反铲挖掘机两种,以后者应用较多。在装有反铲挖掘机的拖拉机上,再装上前置式装置机,即成为挖掘装载机,可完成挖土和装载两项作业(见农用装载机)。    挖掘机由铲斗、铲斗柱、回转臂、支脚或支持轮和液压系统等组成(见图)。铲斗与铲斗柱铰接,铲斗柱铰接在回转臂的末端。液压系统通过各个专用油缸控制回转臂的升降和在水平面内的回转,铲斗柱在垂直面内的转动,支脚的升降,以及变换铲斗的挖掘、提升和卸土状态等,使铲斗能在地面以上和以下3~4米处挖掘土方,并将土卸到指定的部位。       铲斗的容量按配套拖拉机功率的大小约为每15千瓦配0.1立方米。卸下铲斗后,还可配装蚌式抓斗、多齿抓取部件或起重吊钩等多种工作部件,用于物料装载、起吊装卸等多项作业。
