硝化废酸处理分子式:CAS号:性质:将硝化产生的废酸处理以回收利用的过程。制造炸药的大宗废酸主要有两种,一种是以浓硝酸为硝化剂的废酸,另一种是以硝硫混酸为硝化剂的废酸。前者是只含少量硝化物及氮氧化物的稀硝酸,经安定处理,以浓硫酸或硝酸镁为脱水剂,浓缩为浓硝酸后再用于生产。后者是含适量硝酸、氮氧化物及硝化产物的稀硫酸,其处理包括废酸脱硝、硝烟吸收及硫酸浓缩三过程,所回收的稀硝酸及浓硫酸可循环使用。废酸安定处理主要包括梯恩梯废酸的沉淀,黑索今废酸的沉淀,太安废酸的热安定处理,硝化甘油废酸的后分离、加水稀释、热安定处理及加酸稀释等。废酸脱硝或浓缩前,应充分静置。以使硝化物尽量分离。废酸量很大,梯恩梯废酸量为3.6~4.2t/t,黑索今废酸量约为15t/t,所以废酸处理是炸药生产中一个极重要和极复杂的工序。
