预裂爆破  沿设计开挖轮廓面钻孔,先于其他炮孔起爆,以形成一道贯穿性的裂缝面,使非爆破区免遭破坏的控制爆破技术。预裂爆破技术具有超挖量少,围岩完整和爆破振动轻等优点,广泛用于露天和地下工程开挖。预裂爆破于20世纪50年代初期由瑞典首创,它是由周边爆破(即沿开挖边线采用密集钻孔和少量装药的爆破法)和光面爆破发展的结果。中国葛洲坝水利枢纽和东江水电站曾大规模应用,均获得显著的技术和经济效益。    应用预裂爆破技术,关键在于正确选定预裂孔间距(ɑ)、孔径(d)和线装药密度(Q)(即单位长度钻孔的装药量,g/m),及采用药卷直径(de)小于孔径(d)的不偶合装药方式。常用的孔距ɑ=(6~10)d,岩石软弱或孔径较大时取小值,岩石坚硬或孔径较小时取大值。线装药密度与孔距、孔径、岩性和炸药品种密切相关。不偶合系数(即d/de)一般为2~4。上述诸参数主要应通过现场爆破试验确定。炮孔药卷可采用线状连续或柱状间隔的形式,但间隔以控制在10~30cm为宜,均采用导爆索连续同时起爆。预裂爆破的质量标准是:爆破形成的表面缝宽一般不小于1cm;预裂面的不平整度不大于15cm;孔壁表面没有明显的爆破裂隙。
