齿轮联轴器 由带有内齿、凸缘的外套筒和带有外齿的内套筒组成的可移式刚性联轴器(见图)。内套筒的轮毂分别与主动轴和从动轴联接;两个外套筒在凸缘外通过螺栓固结在一起。工作时,内齿与外齿作啮合运动。内、外齿多采用压力角为20°的渐开线齿形,齿侧间隙较一般齿轮副大。外齿顶圆母线制成球面,球面中心在齿轮轴线上,因此具有补偿两轴轴线的相对径向、轴向、角度位移的特性。 为了改善齿的接触条件,提高联轴器承载能力,增大两轴的许用相对角位移,可采用鼓形齿,即将外齿齿宽方向上的节圆和根圆由直线改为圆弧,使齿的截面呈鼓形,以减轻或避免由于轴线偏斜带来啮合面的干涉和接触不良。鼓形齿的圆弧度还可由不同曲率半径的圆弧组成,以得到适用不同大小的轴线偏斜的最佳齿形。齿轮联轴器有较多的齿同时工作,外形尺寸小,承载能力大,在高速下工作可靠。薄壳圆筒型中间齿套齿轮联轴器能适应的转速高达 20000转/分。鼓形齿联轴器在高速、重载机械上得到广泛采用,具有无轴向窜动、传动平衡、冲击振动和噪声小等特点,但加工工艺比较复杂,成本较高。 为提高齿轮联轴器的性能和寿命,在工作状态下必须有良好的润滑,必要时应采取连续喷油和强制润滑。
