深孔爆破  孔深在5m以上的钻孔爆破技术。深孔爆破具有单位钻孔量小和炸药单位耗量低、生产效率高和便于采用综合机械化施工进行爆破、 挖装、 运输作业等优点,广泛应用于露天和地下开挖工程。深孔爆破可与预裂爆破、光面爆破和毫秒爆破等技术相结合,以获得开挖面平整、围岩稳定、提高工程施工质量的效果。      进行深孔爆破,通常把开挖区按深度分成若干高为8~15m的梯段,逐梯段进行爆破,称深孔梯段爆破。在每一梯段,用潜孔钻或多臂钻车等沿开挖自由面布钻一排或数排垂直、倾斜或水平的深孔,前后排孔位可对应布置或相错成梅花形,用毫秒雷管控制进行爆破。梯段要素为:梯段高度H,前排孔底部抵抗线w1,排距即后排孔抵抗线w2,孔距α,钻孔直径d,钻孔深度L,超钻深度h,装药长度L1,孔口堵塞长度L2,梯段上缘至前排孔口距离 b,台阶坡面角度α1和钻孔角度α2等(见图)。前排钻孔超深是为了克服梯段底盘岩石的夹制作用,使爆后不残留根底。超深量可按h=(0.12~0.30)w1确定,松软岩石取小值,坚硬岩石取大值。深孔梯段爆破的每孔装药量可按下列公式计算:    前排孔      Q=qαw1H    后排孔      Q=KqαbH  式中Q为每孔装药量(kg);q为单位耗药量(kg/m3);K为受前排石渣阻力影响系数,取1.1~1.2;其余符号的单位均以m计。    为了克服炮孔底部所受夹制作用,大部分炸药应集中装在底部,孔口的堵塞长度一般不小于最小抵抗线,所以在确定梯段高度和抵抗线大小时,要与炮孔直径的选择相适应。
