农业机器维修制度农业机器维修制度system of agricultural machinery maintenance and repairs 农业机.维修制度(system of agricultura-maehinery maintenanee and repairs)农业机器维护和修理技术措施的等级和进行的时间程序的规定。主要包括技术保养制和修理制。拖拉机的技术保养制分班保养和定期保养，按规定的保养周期强制进行(见技术保养)。修理制有故障修理制和预防修理制两种。中国自20世纪50年代起，国营农场和拖拉机站的农业机器采用苏联的计划预防修理制。维修工作按规定的维护修理间距强制进行，实际上属于定期修理制。以后逐步形成定期检查.按机器技术状态确定修理时间，从而发展成为视情修理制。但由于诊断技术落后.产品结构上没有设置诊断用传感器的安插部位等方面的原因，推行视情修理制的物质基础薄弱;特别是60年代末至80年代后期由于农机经营形式的改变，拖拉机修理多数分散在乡镇进行，墓本上是故障修理制，只少数国营农场维持预防修理制。 故障修理制机器出现故障后才修理的制度。有故津征兆即进行修理，为早期故障修理制。在机器因故降停机后再修理为晚期故障修理制。故障修理制的主要缺点是:①机器可能发生严重的损坏而使修理费用增高;②机器的可靠性降低，事故停机(如联合收割机收创期停车)造成的经济损失可能远远超过修理需要的费用。 预防修理制根据机器零件磨损规律和故障出现的机率，在故障来临前进行修理的制度。它按预防的方式分下列两种:①定期修理制。修理按规定的时间和内容进行。定期修理制只在机器零件的磨损与时间之间有较稳定的规律才适用.否则会出现提前修理，不能充分利用机器的潜力，也会挫伤机器使用人员精心维护机器、延长其寿命的积极性。②视情修理。对机器的技术状态用诊断技术定期检测或连续监测，根据机器技术状态确定修理等级和时间。视情修理制可使机器修理的时间和等级与机器技术状态实际需要相接近。但它盆要有性能可靠的诊断仪器和评价机器技术状态指标的标准，同时还要求机器应有良好的适检性，即设计有安插诊断仪器的传感器的窗口;诊断的费用也应低廉。(沈尧烈)
