辉钼矿精矿氧压煮分解辉钼矿精矿氧压煮分解digestion of molybdenite concen-trale by autoclave-oxygen process hu}mukuangJ一ngkuang yangyazhu fenJ旧辉相矿精矿氛压煮分解(digestion of molyb-denite eoneentrale by autoelave一oxygen Pro-cess)辉钥矿精矿置于压煮器的水溶液中,在一定的温度和氧分压下,辉钥矿中的硫和钥发生氧化而与杂质分离的相精矿分解方法。辉钥矿精矿的氧压煮分解一般按分解液的酸碱性分为酸性分解和碱性分解两类。含钥25%以上非标准铂精矿也可用这两类方法分解。酸性分解法已用于生产,碱性分解法尚处于试验阶段。钥精矿分解用压煮器见彩图插页第28页。 酸性分解辉钥矿在酸介质中,用硝酸或硝酸钠作催化剂,并通入氧气作氧化剂,在一定温度和氧分压下发生氧化反应生成HZMoo‘沉淀物,与大部分杂质分离。反应为: MoSZ+6HNO3一HZMoO4告+ZHZSO‘+6NO SNO+602+4HZO—SHNOs从反应中可以看出,硝酸只是向MoS:传送氧的媒介,在过程中并不消耗。故总反应为: HNO, ZMoSZ+902+6HZO一 ZHZMoO‘十+4HZSO‘+△Q 矿中伴生的二硫化徕亦受氧化,其总反应为: HNO, 4ReSZ+1902+10H2O— 4HReO4+SHZSO嘴+△Q在分解过程中,还有少量的铝酸溶于硫酸,以杂多酸的形态进入溶液。用硝酸钠代替硝酸作催化剂,在相同条件下,铝的分解率可提高6%以上。 辉铝矿的氧化反应,要在一定的温度下才能进行,但由于是放热反应,当达到反应温度后,提高温度不利于反应的进行。降低压煮器内的温度有利于生成硝酸,起增强硝酸的催化作用。增加硝酸或硝酸钠用量和氧分压有利于辉钥矿的分解,但过多增加硝酸或硝酸钠和氧分压,随之会增大压煮器的内压力,不利于安全。另外,磨细矿料、消除矿料油脂、加强搅拌,均有利于辉钥矿与氧气和催化剂的接触碰撞,从而可加快反应速度,提高钥锌的分解率。 分解工艺条件是:辉钥矿精矿一0.180mm的粒级超过99写,含钥45环以上,油水含量小于4%;液固比1·5一2.。/1;视精矿钥品位不同加入适量硝酸或硝酸钠;分解温度453~so3K;氧分压1.5一2.oMPa。在此工艺条件下,辉钥矿中钥的分解率可达98%以上,锌的分解率可达”%以上。用压煮钥滤饼为原料生产的相酸按,其质量优于用辉铂矿精矿氧化焙烧所产铝焙砂生产的钥酸按,特别是钾、钠等碱金属杂质含量仅为后者的1/10~1/8。 在酸性介质中氧压煮分解辉钥矿精矿提取钥徕的方法,中国在1980年已应用于工业生产。
