爆破地震监测爆破地震监测monitoring and measuring blasting vibration baoPo dlZhen Jlanee爆破地震监测(monitoring and measuringblasting vibration)应用仪器测量爆破地震振动参量,同时对震害作宏观调查的过程。监测目的是了解爆破地震强度及其危害程度,方法有仪器测量、宏观调查及综合监测。完善的爆破地震监测是保证爆破安全的手段之一。 仪器测量在爆破地震有效作用范围内,布置若干测点,以测量地面运动参数,并记录波形。测量系统由传感器、记录仪、数据处理设备组成。爆破振动测试所用传感器,多为机电式或压电式结构,将被测对象的振动信号转变为电信号输出。按用途分为拾震仪、强震仪和加速度计。中国常用的传感器的主要性能见表。记录仪有光线示波器、磁带记录仪和微机控制的记录分析仪三类。光线示波器已不多用,磁带记录仪有模拟式和数字式两种,均便于同微机连接进行数据处理,模拟磁带记录仪价格便宜,操作简单,维修方便,性能指标基本符合量测要求,使用较广。数字磁带记录仪具有动态范围大、线性好,通频带宽等优点,但价格昂贵。微机数字仪有整机和组合式两种,能适时处理数据,准确、迅速、功能齐全,是记录仪器的更新换代产品,但价格也较贵。流动测量以选用磁带记录仪为好,固定测量以选用微机数字仪为好。测量系统应定期进行标定,标定在振动台上进行,在振动台台面上固定标准传感器和被校传感器,在适当的频率下进行振动,测量两个传感器的输出之比,比值即为系统的灵敏度。 爆破振动测试用传感器主要性能表又二 测量方法直接影响测量效果和数据的应用价值。由于安全振动速度是一种统计性的安全判据,观测必须有一定次数和较大范围,以判定测量数据的实用价值。首先要合理设置测点,一般不少于6个,第一个在爆源附近,最后一个布置在被测对象稍远处。测点间要有一定距离,按离爆源近远不同,测点间距离为2。一IOOm。露天矿山宜布置在爆区后方30~60Om范围内。当爆区邻近边坡时,应在边坡不同高度台阶上设点。对于多层房屋,宜在不同楼层上设点,以便于分析结构的动力反应。在地下巷道中可将拾震仪固定在巷道底板上。其次按安全规范的要求选定测量速度或加速度,直接测量所需的振动参量。原则上每个测点应同时测量三个正交分量,由于三个正交分量并非同时达到最大值,为节约费用,依据安全规范的要求,也可只测其中的一个分量。
