铜冶炼过程有价金属的回收  在冶炼过程中回收硫化铜精矿所含的贵金属、稀散金属及其他重金属。硫化铜精矿中常含有以下金属:铜、铅、锌、砷、锑、铋、钴、镍、镉、铟、硒、碲、金、银。    反射炉炼铜过程中,有价金属的分布见图。在铜熔炼过程,进入冰铜的有价金属有:95%以上的金、银,60%左右的铅、锌、碲,50%左右的铟、硒,30%左右的砷、锑。进入烟尘的铋占20~50%以上,其他金属则比较分散。      在吹炼和火法精炼过程,金、银几乎全部留在阳极铜中,其他有价金属大部分进入烟尘。处理此种烟尘可回收铅、铋、铜、镉、铟、铊、锌等金属。精矿中含钴、镍较高时,大部分钴和部分镍进入转炉渣,经电炉贫化,钴、镍富集于冰铜,可从中回收(见锍)。    在电解精炼过程,阳极中几乎全部的金、银、硒、碲、铅、锡、铂族金属和大部分铋、锑进入阳极泥可在处理阳极泥时综合回收;镍、铁、锌等负电性元素进入电解液,在净化电解液时以硫酸镍的形态回收镍。
