板框式压滤机分子式：CAS号：性质：压滤机的一种。由多个滤板、洗涤板和滤框交替排列而组成(见图)。每机所用滤板、洗涤板和滤框的数目，随着过滤的生产能力和滤浆的情况而定。有卧式和立式两种。板框的数目可以由10至60。板框材料除用钢铁外，也可用，塑料、玻璃钢等。板框式压滤机的优点是：(1)占地面积小；(2)：过滤速率高；(3)易于操作检修，使用可靠；(4)结构简单。缺点是：（1)需要人工卸馀滤饼；(2)滤饼洗涤不彻底；(3)滤布磨损严重；(4)间断操作。适用于滤浆较黏，需要加热到100℃以上或过滤压力超过表压0.98MPa以上的场合。也用于分离不易过滤的低浓度悬浮液或胶质悬浮液。此外还有自动板框式过滤机。
