钻孔爆破钻孔爆破drill blasting 2日onkorlg匕ooPo钻孔爆破(drill blasting)用凿岩设备钻孔,装填炸药爆破,以破碎岩体的施工技术。钻孔爆破包括钻孔、装药和起爆3道工序。 钻孔工程施工中,钻孔的位置、孔径和孔深视所采用的炸药性能、爆破方法等决定。一般孔径越大,炸药直径也越大,炮孔间距也可加大。在同等条件下钻孔爆破效果主要取决于最小抵抗线(见洞室爆破)长度。最小抵抗线越大,爆落方量也越大。两个炮孔之间距离一般均大于最小抵抗线长度,但太大时炮孔之间的岩体将形成凸坎。在预裂爆破、光面爆破或要求保留岩体比较平整的炮孔间距,一般小于最小抵抗线长度。对浅孔凿岩常用手风钻,对深孔常用潜孔钻。较小的石方开挖中,在缺乏钻孔机械时,也有用锤击钢钎凿孔。 装药钻孔内装药方法,根据结构要求可分人工或机械装药两种。①人工装药。将炸药按设计装药结构制成药卷.通常各国都有标准成品药卷,中国的2号岩石硝钱炸药药卷有沪32 mm冲35 mm、户38 mm,药量2005,1505,2009三种。在清理检查钻孔后用木质炮棍将药卷徐徐送人孔内。②机械装药。用专门的气动装药器将药卷或粉状、粒状炸药装人钻孔,有喷射式、压人式或联合式等型式。炮孔装药后,留有孔口堵塞段用特制炮泥或砂土堵塞。堵塞长度不够,将影响爆破效果。起爆炮孔起爆方式主要有:①明火起爆。用点火器点燃导火索,使导火索的火花引爆火雷管.由火雷管再引爆炸药的起爆方法。这种方法操作简单,费用省,除有瓦斯或矿尘爆炸危险的地下工程外.一般小量爆破均可使用,但安全性较差。②电力起爆。依靠电源的一定电流通过导线使电雷管引爆再引爆炸药的起爆方法。连接成电爆网络可以同时起爆很多炮孔。使用延期电雷管可以控制不同炮孔的起爆时间,在起爆前还可用仪表检测整个起爆网络,保证起爆的可靠性.适用于各种爆破工程。③导爆索起爆。不需要复杂的电爆网络或检测设备.只用少量雷管引爆导爆索传爆炸药的起爆方法。若要延期分段爆破,只需配备相应的继爆管不必使用延期雷管。④导爆管起爆。是20世纪70年代开始发展的新型非电起爆技术。用激发枪或雷管引爆导爆管内壁涂敷的高敏感性炸药.再引爆炸药内的雷管,然后引爆炸药的起爆方法,适用于各种钻孔爆破工程。⑤气管起爆。在爆破现场将可燃气体(甲烷)与氢气和氧气混合充入塑料管中,用引爆器点燃,混合气体以300Om/s爆速使雷管引爆,然后引爆炸药的起爆方法。由于充气操作繁琐,只宜在露天爆破中采用。⑥激光起爆。由激光发生器供能,光导纤维传输,激光引爆雷管再引爆炸药的起爆方法。
