井架井架headframe {们g}10井架(headframe)建在竖井或抖井井口上的高架矿山构筑物。用它安装矿井提升天轮和导向轮,其斗或翻转摧笼和雄道以及卸料弯道。井架分开采井架、掘进井架和开采掘进兼用井架三种。掘进井架与开采井架的区别.在于它不仅用来提升容器,还用来悬吊开凿井筒所使用的多种凿井设备(吊盘、吊泵、安全梯、风筒、压风管、注浆管和稳绳盘等)。按开拓方式不同,井架又分为竖井井架和斜井井架。根据制作材料的不同,主要有钢、木、钢筋混凝土井架和混合井架。钢井架可做成任何用途,任意形式,使用较为普遍。木制井架因木材易腐朽,易起火,一般用于临时性的掘进井架或15m以下、服务年限15年以内的小型矿井(年产量30万t以下)。钢筋混凝土井架耐久性和耐火性较好。 (胡齐民)
