苗圃地化学除草技术在苗圃喷洒除草剂，除草效果好、成本低，因而使用得越来越广泛。但有些苗圃种植的苗木种类多，各种苗木生长习性、生物学特性和栽培方式各不相同，一般来说，在苗圃地上进行化学除草要做到“五注意”。一、注意选择药剂除草剂的品种很多，有茎叶处理剂、灭生性除草剂等。有的适用于芽前除草，有的适用于茎叶期除草。因此，要根据不同的苗木品种和不同时期的杂草分别选用。如针叶树种抗药性强，可选由除草醚、盖草能和果尔等；阔叶树种抗药性差，可选用地乐胺、扑草净等。二、注意用药量苗木对除草剂的耐药性是有一定的限度的，所以不能随意加大用量。另外，不同苗木的耐药性不同，应严格按产品说明使用。一般来说，针叶树种的用药量可以大些，阔叶树种的用药量宜小些。同一苗木品种对某种药剂的抗药性，会随着苗龄增加而提高，用药量可相应加大，如防除松、杉苗圃的禾本科杂草，可每亩用23.5%的果尔乳油50毫升单用，或23.5%的果尔乳油30毫升加50%乙草胺乳油l00毫升混用。若用于阔叶树种苗圃，用药量宜适当减少。三、注意施药方法氟乐灵易见光挥发，必须先喷施于苗圃土壤表层，然后再用齿耙覆盖。拉索可在播种之后，出苗前施用。都尔、精稳杀得可在杂草幼苗期施用，对苗木比较安全。使用灭生性除草剂如草甘磷、克无踪等，使用时喷头要加保护罩，只能在行间喷雾，防止喷施到苗木绿色部位。树种对除草剂较为敏感时，可采用毒土法，以防药害。四、注意施药时间苗前期宜用毒土法；速生期对除草剂敏感，要特别慎用；苗木硬化期苗木虽有一定抗性，但大部分杂草已经成熟，施药的作用不大。五、注意环境条件苗圃土壤温度高、湿度大、沙质土壤，药效反应快，除草效果好，用药量可减少；土壤湿度小、干旱，结构紧密时，药效反应慢，除草效果差，药量可大些。光对于某些除草剂影响十分明显，如氟乐灵等，见光易分解，施于土表易挥发，使用时应及时与表层土混拌。敌草隆、西玛津、扑草净等；光合作用抑制剂，需要在有光的情况下才能抑制杂草光合作用，发挥除草效果。（来源：中国花卉报2003-03-18）
