川防风【通用名称】川防风【其他名称】川防风 (《中药志》) 【异名】竹节防风(《四川中药志》),毛前胡、西风(南川《常用中草药手册》)。 【来源】为伞形科植物短裂藁本的根。 【植物形态】短裂藁本 多年生草本,高达1米。主根粗壮,呈长圆锥形。茎单一,圆柱形,有纵直沟纹,基部光滑,顶端近花序处密生白色柔毛。基生叶有柄,长10~15厘米,基部呈鞘状,抱茎;叶为2~3回3出羽状复叶,最终裂片条形,边缘有粗锯齿,偶成缺刻状,无毛。复伞形花序顶生;花较大,无总苞,伞梗25~30,长5~8毫米,全体散生白色短柔毛;小伞形花序有花25~30朵,小总苞数片,呈披针形,密生刺毛;萼齿不明显;花瓣5,白色,倒卵形,顶端突起向内折;雄蕊5;子房卵形,下位,花柱2,花柱基部圆锥形。双悬果扁压状卵圆形,长5毫米,宽2~3毫米,无毛,分果背棱显著,侧棱有翅。花期8~9月。果期9~10月。 野生在多石砾的草原、山坡上。分布四川、贵州、云南等地。 【采集】春、秋采收,挖出根部,洗净,晒干。 【药材】干燥的根呈圆柱形而稍弯曲,有的有分枝,长15~30厘米,粗0.5~1.5厘米。表面灰棕色或棕褐色。芦头部较长,顶端常有残留的茎杆,并有环节状叶片残痕。根部有纵皱纹及成堆的疣状突起和支根痕。体轻,质硬脆,断面淡黄白色,无肉质,多纤维。气微,昧辣.以干燥、无细尾须根者为佳。 主产于四川。贵州亦产。 本品在四川作防风使用。 【炮制】除去残茎,用水浸泡,捞出,润透盾切片,晒干。 【性味】性温,味甘辛,无毒。 【归经】入肝、脾、膀胱三经。 【功用主治】发表镇痛,祛风胜湿。治外感表症,头痛昏眩,关节疼痛,四肢拘挛,目赤疮疡及破伤风。(性味以下出《四川中药志》) 【用法与用量】内服:煎汤,1~3钱;或入丸、散。
