银杏树银杏是我国特有的多功能树种,它集果用、叶用、材用、观赏、文化、环保、防护于一体,可以说银杏浑身都是宝.特别是银杏果、叶有防治心脑血管病等多种疾病的神奇功效。因此,近年来,它成为医药、食品、保健、饮料、化妆等方面竞相开发的产品,成为高价多能的新资源、国际市场上的新药源、农村群众致富的新财源。银杏不仅是摇钱树,而且是文化树。据查,我国典籍中最早记载银杏树的,当推《上林赋》。其云:“上千韧,达连抱,夸条直畅,实叶峻茂。”早在唐代,银杏就成为诗人讴歌的对象。欧阳修多次写到银杏。其诗云:“鸭脚(银杏别名)生江南,名实本相符。降囊因入贡,银杏贵中州。”又云:“鹅毛赠千里,是以其人。鸭脚虽百个,得之诚可珍。”作为一种文化树,银杏的价值首先在于“镇邪”。古人称银百为“平仲”,本身就赋于银杏以“正直”的品德。一般说来,全国各地名山大川,古刹寺庵,大都有银杏,其文化背景传统文化中所追求的“中”“平”的价值取向不无联系。郭沫若称赞银杏为“东方的圣者,中国人文的有生命的纪念塔”。其次,银杏有一种神奇的免疫力,能够抵抗和战胜许多不得因子垢侵袭,因此它似乎有一种超乎一切战胜一切的生命力。文化现象中的银杏树实际上是“不朽”的象征。人们常将松树作为不老的象征,其实银杏才是真正的“不老”的象征。银杏文化有一个发展过程。最初阶段银杏文化是正直、不朽的象征,“银杏留胜迹,思情代代传”,人们在银杏文化中发现了绵延千古的不朽价值。这时的银杏树乃是一种“长青树”。古人虽已认识到银杏的药用价值,但对银杏的认识却并不全面准确,《本草蒙筌》甚至错误地称银杏为“阴素之果,不可不防”。对银杏经济价值的全面认识是从20世纪80年代开始的,据统计,到20世纪90年代,中国银杏制品的年销售额已达到了数十亿元人民币。这时的银杏又变成一种“经济树”。从“文化树”到“经济树”反映了银杏文化价值的从形式到内容的发展。近来,人们开发出银杏盆景,突出了它的观赏价值。这就把形式(文化)和内容(经济)有机地统一了起来,银杏又变成了“观赏树”,即艺术树。我虽然不是艺术家,但是我衷心希望银杏树美化我们的生活,使我们的生活更加美好。(转自:中国绿色时报)
