高频加热电源 供高频 (100千赫以上)感应加热用的电源设备。其加热原理同静止式中频加热电源。用于对导体进行感应加热的高频电源,其工作频率大致在0.1~5.0兆赫范围内。其中0.1~0.2兆赫的电源多用于熔炼导体金属,如银、金、铂等;0.3~0.5兆赫的电源用于锗、硅及化合物半导体的有坩埚拉晶,以及黑色、有色及稀有金属的焊接、气体分析、热处理等工艺;1~5兆赫的电源用于硅的无坩埚区熔拉晶。 5兆赫以上电源大都用于电介质加热。这种加热方式是利用电介质在高频电场作用下极化了的分子来回扭转所产生的摩擦热。它适用于潮湿木材和纸张的干燥,塑料的加热成形或焊接等。 到20世纪80年代,限于工作频率较高的固体器件功率较小,工业用高频加热电源大都仍采用电子管式高频振荡器。它由振荡管、LC负载振荡回路、直流电源和反馈回路等组成。从应用观点出发,它要求电路简单,容易起振,输出功率大,效率高;而对电流波形和频率的稳定性要求不高。因此大多采用自激的电感三点式和变压器反馈式振荡器;在介质加热电源设备中,常用推挽式电路,以提高高频电压,加大电场强度,增进介质加热效果。 目前高频加热电源的整机效率很低,一般不足50%。加热电源的工作频率与LC负载振荡回路的谐振频率的自动跟踪、高频电流的高效传输、新导磁材料的应用等是提高这类电源效率的途径。 随着电子工业的发展,新型的特高频大功率振荡管不断涌现。80年代初,输出功率50千瓦、频率1000兆赫的磁控管已用于介质加热。采用磁控管已能使振荡管频率达 10000兆赫(波长为30厘米)。利用波长在几厘米以下的行波管、微波管,实现了微波加热。微波可用波导管无损耗地传递;再用特殊材料做的凸透镜进行集中,用以解决一些特殊加热问题,这是高频加热的新途径。
