辩学 即辨学，主要用作指称以墨辩逻辑为代表的中国古代的逻辑思想。 辩学所包含的逻辑思想超出了名学的范围。后期墨家所建立的古代逻辑学体系，除涉及正名思想外，更着重讨论"辩"的性质、目的、方式、规律和谬误等。荀子、韩非等人的逻辑思想也都超出了正名的范围，而讨论"辩"或"辩说"的作用和规律等。晋朝的鲁胜首先将《墨子》一书中的《经上》、《经下》、《经说上》和《经说下》合编为《墨辩》。 辩学也曾作为西方逻辑的中译名之一。在中国逻辑史上最早使用"辩学"一词的是清光绪初年（约1880）英国人赫德，他把W.S.耶方斯的逻辑课本译为《辩学启蒙》,1909年王国维把耶方斯的另一部逻辑著作译为《辩学》。之后郭湛波将其研究先秦逻辑思想的著作,命名为《先秦辩学史》。
