到岸价格到岸价格cost，insuranceandfreight以货物装上运载工具并支付保险费、运费为条件的价格。又称成本加保险费、运费目的港价格。英文简称CIF。根据国际商会修订公布的《1980年贸易术语解释的国际通则》，按照到岸价格成交，卖方必须：①负责租船订舱和投保，并支付有关运输和保险费；②办理出口手续和交纳出口税，按合同期限装船，并及时向买方发出装船通知；③负担货物在装运港越过船舷之前的一切风险；④向买者提供合同规定的有关单据。买方必须：①按合同规定，受领卖方提供的各种单证，并支付货款；②支付卖方代办的有关事项的费用；③负担货物在装运港越过船舷后的一切风险；④在合同规定的目的港接卸货物，并负担卸货费用。采用这一价格术语时，在CIF后注明目的港名称。在国际贸易中，尤其海运贸易中到岸价格运用得较为广泛，每年有大量贸易是按这一价格条件成交的。一般说来，世界各国的进口额几乎都按到岸价格计算。各国都以该价格作为征收进口税的基价标准。
