工作分析 对工作的性质、类型、内容、方法、条件和技能要求的描述和研究过程。它着眼于对人的工作行为特征的描述,是人员测评、选拔、调配、培训、评估和劳动工资设计的重要依据。其基本分析项目大致可归纳为4项:①工作的性质、类型和主要内容;②完成工作的方法；③完成工作的外部条件；④技能要求的熟练程度。美国劳动部在工作分析中曾对这些项目作了更详尽的划分,即:工作内容、职责、有关工作的知识、心理方面的功能、灵巧程度和正确程度、经验、年龄、教育程度、技能的培养、徒工见习制度、与其他工作的关系、身体动作、作业环境、作业对身体的影响、应忌的身体疾患、所需物质等。 工作分析通常采用的办法是①记录法：将与作业有关的各种事项及其动作加以记录，并进行统计整理。②询问法：就有关作业条件或作业要点等问题，向操作人员或监督者作口头提问并加以记录，或直接让他们填写询问表。③面谈法：直接与有关人员面谈以取得有关资料。不过面谈要求调查者具备一定的面谈技术。如果将面谈法与观察法并用，效果会更好。④观察法：分析者按一定直接观察有关人员的行动，并记录观察过程及结果。⑤心理图示法：用心理图示表示出某项工作所应具备的特征，研究方式分为个别心理图示和工作心理图示两种，前者侧重于个人的工作成就，后者侧重于工作本身的内容。此外，还有动作分析、时间研究以及重要事件法等。
